There are three different seatings on Valentine’s Day at Delius.  In the A-La-Carte dining room we are offering an early seating and a late seating and in the Prix Fixe room, there is a six course extravaganza.

In addition to Wednesday, the six course Prix Fixe menu is also being offered on Tuesday 2/13 and Thursday 2/15 for those who want to make the romance last for more than just one day.

A-La-Carte Dining Room

(Wed, Feb 14th)5:30pm & 8:30pm Seatings – $65 per person + tax & tip

(4 course meal. Two choices with each course)

1st Course

Roasted red beet salad with quinoa, chevre, cured orange and

citrus vinaigrette

or

Mesclun salad w/ crispy shallot, marinated heirloom tomatoes and champagne vinaigrette

2nd Course

Asparagus Love Letters (ravioli) crisp prosciutto, lemon parmesan jus

or

Roasted Brussels Sprout with crème fraiche, whole grain mustard and green apple

3rd Course

Pan-seared Scallops, shiitake veloute with melted leek,

cauliflower escabeche

or

Tender Beef Short Rib with olive oil whipped yukon potatoes, braised black kale and garlic confit

Dessert

Chocolate brioche bread pudding w/raspberry crema

or

Wintermelon and Asian pear salad w/honey yogurt and medjool dates

Coriander and cumin crusted duck breast, roasted sweet potatoes, apple and cranberry chutney

Grapefruit tequila sorbet

5th Course
Horseradish and herb crusted filet, mushroom farro risotto,

red wine demi

6th Course
White chocolate zabaione napoleons, roasted pear ice cream
