Beginning on April 8-13, 2014, Leatherby’s takes a trip to 1970s Greece with culinary selections inspired by Mama Mia’s feisty female friends as reflected in the entree course Sophie’s Hen Party featuring roasted game hen with oregano, lemon and garlic, tzatziki, eggplant, olive oil smashed potatoes, and olive xeres jus. Up next theater-goers travel to the depth of Africa alongside the missionaries from the laugh-inducing Book of Mormon with dishes like Making Things Up, grilled barramundi, Moroccan couscous, harissa scented vegetables and chickpeas, chermoula, and preserved lemon, that capture the exotic flavors of faraway voyages. Wrapping up the spring and summer season, Chef Pangilinan welcomes patrons to the do-wop era with dishes such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame dessert trio of root beer float, banana royale, and strawberry shortcake that capture the innocence and sweetness of the toe-tapping Jersey Boys.
