Canadian Thanksgiving has traditionally brought Canadians together as a celebration of the harvest and other blessings of the past year. This is a family celebration, so bring your whole family to celebrate with us.
While the company is why we really come together, we can’t deny that the food we serve at these events is becoming legendary! We have had a few different chefs over the years, who have all done an incredible job for us, but we are returning to the Center Club, who’s Canadian born Executive Chef, Lewis Butler, really knows how to create a special Canadian-themed Thanksgiving dinner, that will make you come back for more!
Chef Lewis graduated from Summerset College of Applied Arts and Technology in England earning five diplomas in Cooking for the Catering Industry. He has served Hollywood’s elite, planning and executing menus for Oscar parties, movie premiers and celebrity weddings. As a chef, Lewis has shared his culinary talent at Four Seasons hotels all over the country, Rancho Bernardo Inn, and Splashes Restaurant at Laguna Beach’s Surf and Sand resort. We know you are going to love the menu he has in store for us!
