Celebrate National Burger Month at Del Frisco’s Grille at Irvine Spectrum with “Cali Bahn Mi Burger”

Carnivores can convene at Del Frisco’s Grille at Irvine Spectrum for National Burger Month in May when Chef Sarah Daniels presents her special Cali Bahn Mi Burger all month long. The burger, offered at $17, is paired with a choice of fries for a limited-time only and is available for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.

While Del Frisco’s Grille is known for its Prime Cheeseburger, Chef Daniels special Cali Bahn Mi Burger is rich with Asian influences. Ahi Tuna replaces the traditional beef patty and is topped with avocado, spicy mayo, ponzu, mixed greens and shredded carrots. Guests can enjoy a choice of fries, including the Grille’s Original Fries, Sea Salt and Parmesan Fries, or Sweet Potato Fries.

‘It’s usually assumed that a burger includes a beef patty,’ said Chef Daniels. ‘For National Burger Month I wanted to create something unexpected, so I used fresh ahi for a lighter meal and paired it with flavors and condiments not typically associated with a traditional burger.’
