Celebrate National Rum Day in Expanded Patio

National Rum Day is Sunday, August 16, and with new expanded patios in both Yorba Linda and Rancho Santa Margarita, The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar is the perfect place to celebrate.

In Rancho Santa Margarita, guests can imbibe the Rebel Scum, made with Venezuelan rum, cognac, coffee-infused averna, hazelnut orgeat, cream, and bitters, or Hector Zigroni, made with white rum, szechuan peppercorn sweet vermouth, blanco mezcal, bitter liqueur, and herbal liqueur.

In Yorba Linda, the Tour of Pandora is made with coconut scotch, pineapple rum, vermouth, curry syrup, and bitters, and for those who want to explore the High Rollers cocktail menu, the Reverse Rum Manhattan made with guyana 151 style rum, rouge vermouth, and Italian Torino vermouth.

To add to the ambiance, the Yorba Linda location will also be offering live music from 1-3pm.
