For the first course, you can have your choice between Zucca E Burrata with roasted kabocha squash, burrata, and pomegranate OR Bucatini All’Americana with house-made pasta and guanciale, onions, San Marzano tomatoes, Calabrian chili peppers, and pecorino cheese.
For the second course, you can have your choice between Coda Di Rospo with roasted monkish, fregola sarda, and sunchokes OR Filetto Di Maiale with grilled Beeler’s pork loin, roasted beets, and farro.
The third course, you can have your choice of Tiramisu with Mascarpone cream, espresso, ladyfinger, and cocoa OR Gelato Con Briciolato with roasted pumpkin gelato, and pumpkin seed brittle.
