WHAT:

SideDoor is known for its award-winning cheese and charcuterie offerings, and earlier this year continued their popular series dedicating one evening a month to boutique creameries and specialty cheeses. A different creamery was featured at each event, and on Wednesday, July 18 the series will culminate in the ultimate celebration of fromage with the Cheese & Charcuterie Backyard Party. Hosted in Five Crowns and SideDoor’s beautiful Greenhouse, Patio and Garden, enjoy a summer evening mingling with fellow cheese lovers in the spacious, open-air venue complete with outdoor fireplaces.

The event will showcase the featured creameries of the series including Beehive (February), Cato Corner Farms (March), Cascade Cheese Co. (April), Small California Creameries (May), Small Spanish Creameries (June), and all-you-can-eat cheese and charcuterie. Beer and wine will be available for purchase.

SideDoor’s own certified expert and cheese monger, Tracy Nelsen, will be on hand to educate guests on the various cheeses presented and to recommend the perfect pairings. The featured cheeses will also find their way into select SideDoor menu items for that evening only.

Enlighten your evening with this hands-on wine blending session. Learn details about the sources and blend balance of their Reserve Chardonnay. After the class, join them for the main cheese party event!
