Chef Conrad Gallagher Pop Up at Playground 2.0

Chef Conrad Gallagher will be the featured chef at a special pop up dinner at Playground 2.0, the intimate 17-seat culinary theater next door to Playground in Santa Ana. Tickets are $175 including food, wine pairings, tax and tip. Following is the planned menu for the evening, but it may change to ensure that it features the freshest ingredients available on the day.
