As Knife Pleat celebrates the Autumnal Equinox this week, they welcome all of the wonderful ingredients the season has to offer. From crisp apples, poached pears and bright pomegranates, to flavorful figs and butternut squash to squash, the fruits and vegetables of autumn make for a season of delicious dishes, both savory and sweet.
