Join Michael’s for a Chefs Dinner on July 26th. This month’s guest will be Jaime Carrano, Chef de Cuisine at Broadway by Amar Santana, who will collaborate with Chef Eric on an improptu menu using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Chef Jaime was named “Chef of the Moment” by L.A. Times in 2014 and was listed on Orange County’s Best Chefs, CBS Los Angeles.

The monthly Chefs Dinner is always a fresh experience. It’s a spontaneous evening– much like going to a friends’ home for dinner and not knowing what’s on the menu until it’s on your plate. Each month, our award-winning Chef Samaniego collaborates with a fellow chef to team up on a one-of-a-kind, five-course dinner.
