Having visited Los Angeles’ hottest Tiki bars, Chef Abell showcases the best of the Pacific Rim with a set, 3-course Chef’s Tasting Menu (approximately $60 per person*) featuring your choice of the following‒
▪ Appetizers: Pina Colada Poke (Red Snapper, Coconut Milk, Pineapple, Thai Basil); Cantonese Sweet & Sour Pork Belly with Macaroni Salad; and Moco Spring Rolls (Rice, Spam, Scrambled Egg, Maui Onion Gravy)
