Superba Snack Bar celebrates its first birthday with a special dinner featuring chefs that exemplify Los Angeles’ culinary scene. On Thursday, August 8, cooking with Chef Jason Neroni will be David LeFevre (M.B. Post and Fishing with Dynamite), Vinny Dotolo (Animal and Son of a Gun), Kris Yenbamroong (NIGHT + MARKET), and Craig Thorton (Wolvesmouth), with Noah Ellis (Red Medicine) crafting cocktails. The group will collaborate to offer a six-course prix-fixe for $75 per person, with the option to add wine pairings for $35 per person.
