Taking inspiration from New England’s traditional beachside clambakes, Ways & Means Oyster House invites guests to celebrate the middle of the week with “Clambake Wednesdays,” offering a kitchen clambake special for $9.99. Available only at the exhibition oyster bar, Chefs de Cuisine Ben Wallenbeck and Justin Odegard have perfected a California-style version of the one-dish seafood feast using seasonal West Coast little, middle, and top neck clams, mussels, Andouille sausage, potato, corn on the cob, and a spicy seafood lager broth. Guests have the option of adding half lobster for $12. Diners will also be treated to a complimentary first pour of wine to enjoy with their meal.
