Sunday Supper Series
The Ecology Center’s first Sunday Supper of the summer season is here!
San Juan Capistrano: July 7th at 5:00PM
Their Community Table Summer Supper Series is a series of four evening meals throughout July and August. The evening provides a look into an ecological food future, one that values a shared ecosystem, celebrates food, farmers, and community in an intimate and meaningful setting. The dinner, hosted in their courtyard, is intentionally small- capped at 50 people- to offer a richer and more interactive experience for their guests at the featured chef.
Join them for their first Sunday Supper with Chef Cathy McKnight on July 7th. An intimate meal using ingredients from their 28-acre organic inspired by the grill and element of fire.
