Concern Foundation has raised over $50 million for cancer research and awarded funds to over 650 promising cancer researchers throughout the U.S. and around the world. The non-profit, primarily volunteer organization, currently funds over 650 cancer research projects at leading institutions in the U.S. and abroad. Over $.95 cents of every dollar raised is used to provide salary funding to further the careers of gifted young cancer researchers.

39TH Annual Block Party Fundraiser with over 60 restaurants and caterers who provide a “taste of their culinary specialties. The theme is A SALUTE TO TELEVISION, set within the “New York back lot of Paramount Pictures Studios in Hollywood. The anticipated evening hosts approximately 3500 guests. This year’s Block Party features the Paul McDonald Big Band, featuring Tom Nolan’¦A 17 piece big band that is full of veteran horn players who have worked with Stan Getz, Ray Charles, etc. doing a unique blend of R&B, New Orleans horn band tunes, and very swinging jazz + 4 stages of live music and entertainment offering with various styles of dance, casino style gaming, a live auction featuring trips and vacation packages with air fare provided by American Airlines and an interesting silent auction featuring everything from wine and dinner packages to acupuncture treatments.
