Next Saturday, 2/22/2014, Chef Louise is putting on a very special cooking Demo. For this class Louise will be joined by our good friend and special guest chef, Chen Yao. Chen is originally from China and enjoys cooking traditional Chinese dishes. This is not Americanized Chinese food. It is authentic cooking by someone who grew up eating this regional cuisine.
The demonstration is from 2:30 – 4:00 and costs $40.00. During the hour and a half, you will see several dishes made from beginning to end. One glass of wine is included and samples of each dish will be passed around. Questions will be answered as we go along and a full set of recipes will be yours to take with you. Remember, you are getting two chefs for the price of one!
