For this cooking demo this Saturday that we have convinced our guest chef, Chen Yao, to join us for a repeat performance on Saturday, 3/08/2014. He and Chef Louise will be demonstrating the same menu so get your reservations while they last.
Chen is originally from China and enjoys cooking traditional Chinese dishes. This is not Americanized Chinese food. It is authentic cooking by someone who grew up eating this regional cuisine.
Chef Louise and Chef Chen will be cooking together as they show you how to make these healthy and delicious recipes that you can easily do at home.
The demonstration is from 2:30 – 4:00 and costs $40.00. During the hour and a half, you will see several dishes made from beginning to end. One glass of wine is included and samples of each dish will be passed around. Questions will be answered as we go along and a full set of recipes will be yours to take with you. Remember, you are getting two chefs for the price of one!
