Cooking Class with Chef Shachi – Adya – Anaheim

ADYA presents a cooking class that will be held on outside on aprivate boxcar patio onSaturday, February 28th at 11 a.m. Chef Shachi will be teaching guests to prepare a variety of Indian celebratory dishes includingSpiced Cashews,Patra Ni Macchi – Coconut Fish in Banana Leaf,Lemon Rice, andYellow Lentils with Cumin and Cilantro.Guests in attendance will learn to recreate these fun and simple dishes, followed by a light lunch with wine.
