When he’s not tending to his chickens at home (for eggs only!) or keeping his menagerie of fury friends occupied, Chef Ben can be found scouring the deepest recesses of The OC for tastes and textures that speak to his eclectic Canadian “Pub”-style upbringing.

Delighting (and sometimes challenging) his wife’s palette with his wild creations, Chef Ben perfects everything at home in his kitchen with before bringing it to The Waterfront stage.

On Thursday, March 19th, we present to you the first in a series of unique and original tastes and delights you will find nowhere else.

He calls this one Chef Ben’s “Craft Cocktail & Pub Grub Dinner”. He’ll be on hand to personally walk you thru this fun and exciting menu and entertain any questions you may have about the experience.
