ARC Livens Up Its Lineup of Craft Libations with Seasonal Sippers
ARC Bar Chef Koire Rogershas introduced a new menu of winter cocktails featuring house-made syrups, bitters and infusions, and artfully crafted with locally sourced, artisanal ingredients. The new cocktails highlight fresh, seasonal fruits, including apples, cranberries, and even vegetables.
Guests looking to warm up this winter will enjoy Rogers’ new “Global Warming,” a twist on traditional hot chocolate, featuring branca menta, brandy, and a dash of cream. In addition to ARC’s regularly offered cocktail menu, the new winter libations lineup will showcase simplicity while highlighting bold, seasonal flavors of clove, allspice, and baked fruits.
“As a whole, our beverage program has always embodied the core approach to craft libations,” explained Rogers “Our cocktails are crafted in a way that allows the guest to recognize and enjoy the beauty of the sip, rather than the slurp.”
