CUCINA enoteca “Justifies” Wine Dinner

Wine lovers rejoice. OnTuesday June 11th from 630-9pm, Orange County’s premier restaurant and retail wine shop, CUCINA enoteca, is opening doors to one of California’s foremost winemakers for a one of a kind pairing dinner. Founded in 1981 by Justin Baldwin, Justin’s Winery mission statement is simple: “to belong in the company of the finest wines of the world.” The pairings along with meticulously prepared seasonal dishes from Executive Chef Joe Magnanelli.

The charismatic Billy Henry, Justin’s Wine Specialist, will be at the dinner to guide guests through a line-up of six different exceptional wines. Below we have put the spotlight on three of their most unique varietals and have provided tasting notes along with a story behind each wine.
