CUCINA enoteca’s brand new brunch is complete with a roaming bellini cart filled with a selection of seasonal house made mixers (think watermelon + prosecco sorbet, cucumber + thai basil, blackberry + beet) for tableside, made-to-order libations. For just $28, diners can enjoy a spread of unlimited antipasti bites along with their choice of Chef Brent Omeste’s signature brunch entrees including sweet or savory crespelles, a coppa and fried egg sandwich, and even a chili glazed pork belly with a poached egg and maple molasses polenta. The antipasti display features croissants, muffins, olive oil cakes, a granola and yogurt bar, fresh fruit, an assortment of cheese and salumi, pasta and grain salads, and more.
