Easter Brunch: The Capital Grille’s Sunday Best
Easter Brunch from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and a la Carte Dinner Menu from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
The Capital Grille will be offering a special three-course Easter brunch menu, which includes a starter, entree and dessert. Selections include spring artichoke bisque, smoked salmon, The Grille’s lobster frittata, bone-in dry aged NY strip with fried egg, flourless chocolate espresso cake and more. The children’s brunch menu includes fresh fruit or salad, a choice of kid friendly entree – chicken fingers, mac ’n’ cheese, mini cheeseburgers, French toast or scrambled eggs – and housemate cookies and ice cream for dessert. Freshly squeezed juice, tea, coffee and soda are included in the price of brunch. Signature cocktails are available for $7 each.
