When Larry Cano opened the first El Torito in 1954 in Los Angeles, he launched a Mexican Restaurant revolution. El Torito has more than six different types of fajitas, including Seafood Fajitas, Veggie Fajitas, Grilled Steak Fajitas, Shrimp Fajitas, Ignited Fajitas Supremas, which are flamed at your table with 4800 Silver tequila, and the new Family Style Fajitas that serves four and includes endless sides! All fajitas are served sizzling on a hot cast iron skillet with hand-pressed flour tortillas, veggies, rice, sour cream, pico de gallo, and El Torito’s signature sweet corn cake and choice of beans a la charra, refried beans or vegetarian black beans.
