Culina in the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills invites resort guests and visitors alike to gather with friends and family over an expansive Thanksgiving Buffet!
Alongside a selection of omelets, breakfast pastries, cheese blintzes, and waffles, the buffet will offer sushi, seafood, dim sum, and carving stations―featuring a Whole Roasted Turkey with all the fixings―in addition to an autumnal “Pie Factory” experience from Executive Pastry Chef Federico Fernandez.
Available from 11am-6pm, Culina’s Thanksgiving menu will also serve:
- Cinnamon and Honey Glazed Ham
- Buffalo-Style Hot Fried Turkey Legs
- New Zealand Lamb Stew – rosemary puff pastry and root vegetables
- Roasted Pear Salad – candied walnuts, sheep’s milk cheese, and toasted peppercorns
- Spiced Sweet Potatoes – piquillo peppers, candied pecans, and Castelvetrano olives
- Tricolored Cauliflower Salad – tatsoi and fried shallots
