Family Eats — Kid-Friendly Cooking with Daniella Malfitano

Time constraints and finicky palates can present quite the challenge to a family cook. On Saturday, September 28, visit LA’s Pacific Food & Beverage Museum for a culinary demo and interactive conversation about cultivating a colorful and vibrant, joy-filled life for the whole family through living and eating well. Chef Daniella Malfitano and Danny Greene will demonstrate a few of their favorite recipes from their new YouTube series, My Choice Kitchen. And guests will learn how to make healthy choices for the plate that will appeal to the entire family and enjoy refreshments prepared with fresh fare from Melissa’s Produce. After the program, Chef Daniella will sign copies of three of her nine(!) books: Best Grill Recipes Ever, Best Holiday Sweets & Treats, and Winter Stews & One-Pot Dinners.
