Lido House’s Executive Chef Partner Riley Huddleston created a special family-style dinner for guests this Thanksgiving at Mayor’s Table.

To start, enjoy crab + caviar deviled eggs, a roasted beet salad topped with hazelnuts and pears, and ‘Thanksgiving Waldorf’ – pomegranate, celery root, kale, walnuts and apples.

For the main dishes, indulge in herb roasted turkey or fall spiced braised short ribs with an array of tasty sides including: traditional stuffing, apple wood smoked potatoes & gravy, roasted fall squash, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, and cranberry & quince jam.

As a final course, savor the sweets including pumpkin pie with vanilla cream and bourbon pecan pie.

Want leftovers? Guests will leave with a turkey sandwich, cranberry quince jam and gravy to take home and enjoy the next day. For those who book a cottage this Thanksgiving, contact your social curator for special Thanksgiving in-room dining.
