Farewell Dinner with Chef Louise
It’s time for one last hurrah! On Delius’ final day of operation they will be celebrating 22 years of shepherding Delius Restaurant with a special Prix Fixe dinner by Chef Louise.
The menu is not being announced because it will be filled with whatever Chef Louise decides she wants to make. She will be choosing from so many favorites that she’s cooked over the years (my money would be on her famous Beef Wellington making an appearance, but no promises).
The dinner will be 5 courses plus wine pairing, held on Saturday, June 30th and will start at 7pm. The price is $100/person plus tax and tip and will be the final meal served at Delius.
Delius anticipates this selling out immediately. There is room for 36 diners and all seats will be filled. That means they will seat people together so that you may experience this very special event as one big, happy group.
Louise is very excited for this last chance to cook for you and the wine pairing will be made up of the inventory that is left. That generally means some of the more expensive bottles that don’t sell very fast!
