The Third Annual Farm to Fork Dinner will be held on September 23rd at magical Tanaka Farms. The culinary host and executive chef of the event will be their dear friend, Chef Azmin Ghahreman of Sapphire Laguna, supported by five excellent guest chefs.
They’re unveiling an amazing new culinary medicine project collaboration with CHOC Children’s Hospital as well as a sneak peek into our groundbreaking Ohana Project for Integrative Medicine. They will also be honoring Dr. Violet Shen, CHOC Children’s Specialist in pediatric oncology. The clinical research director of oncology for CHOC Children will be presenting a very special award to Farmer Glenn Tanaka.
Of course they are offering amazing wine, really creative auction and raffle packages, the now famous Farm to Fork “App-Off”, fabulous live music and DJ, and unique “heritage” cocktails.
Prices increase August 2nd and they expect to fully sell out early this year. They can’t wait to see you on the farm!
Join them for a memorable evening of delicious food, outstanding wine and drinks, and live music! With your support they’re growing MaxLove Project to help SuperFamilies thrive against cancer.
Advance tickets are required. Your ticket includes appetizers, a beautiful family-style meal, entertainment, parking, a wagon ride through the farm to and from the event space, a commemorative tote bag, and one complementary drink token.
This event will sell out early!
Who We Are
MaxLove Project is a volunteer-driven, grassroots nonprofit organization founded to help SuperKids thrive against cancer and life-threatening health conditions. Our mission is to provide families fighting childhood cancers with accessible, practical, and kid-friendly whole-body wellness.
Our ultimate goal is to support SuperKids in overcoming the odds—to thrive in treatment and beyond. We believe that all kids have the right to thrive, which means ensuring access to integrative therapeutic resources such as optimal nutrition, acupuncture, safe but challenging exercise, and social support.
Teaming up with a diverse group of doctors, nurses, dietitians, chefs, farmers, integrative medicine practitioners and artists, MaxLove Project equips families to thrive within the pediatric healthcare system of today—where the standard of care for most life-limiting illnesses does not include essential integrative therapies—as we work to change the system of tomorrow. We are a community of dedicated change-makers who believe in the power of integrative health care for all children.
