This Father’s Day, Bruxie invites guests to switch up the barbecue routine and treat dad to limited-time-only specials atBruxie. Co-founders and Chefs Dean Simon and Kelly Mullarney have cooked up two Father’s Day specials exclusively for Orange County dads: the brand new Bruxie Short Rib Poutine with Crispy Waffle Fries, Tender Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, Wisconsin Cheese Curds, Whole Grain Mustard Gravy and Chives and the fan favorite Carolina BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with Slow-Roasted Pork, Cheddar Cheese, Cider Slaw and Bruxie’s own BBQ Sauce.
