Executive Chef Aaron Robbins of Sea Level restaurant and lounge, the South Bay’s newest waterfront dining destination, will offer dining on their marina view terrace and in the restaurant.  In addition to the regular menu, delectable dishes will be offered and include items such as the Latin inspired crispy carnitas huevos rancheros with spiced black beans served with over medium eggs, a crisp tortilla, roasted guajillo sauce and fresh guacamole. Other dishes include a potato and smoked bacon chowder; steak frites with marinated grilled skirt steak, hand cut fries, roasted shallot butter and demi-glace; and hoisin barbecue pulled pork sliders on homemade black sesame brioche with pickled cabbage and daikon radish.
