Dads can indulge in a Milk Braised Pork Cheek, with caramelized onion sweet potato mash, charred green beans and a candied bacon vinaigrette. Each dish is perfectly paired with Benchmark Brewing Company’s Oatmeal Stout, a rich, creamy malt with a hint of smokiness.
