Feliz San Valentin!

Visit Gabbi’s Mexican Kitchen this week as they celebrate Valentine’s Day and what they call “Dia de San Valentin”. Chef Gabbi and team have created a special menu featuring seasonal flavors complete with a featured dessert and martini. This menu will be available Tuesday through Thursday after 4:30 p.m. and all day Friday through Sunday. Happy Valentine’s Day to all!

La Pasion Martini

Theyhave created the perfect Valentines martini handcrafted with Viejo Tonel Italia Pisco, St. Germaine, fresh blood orange juice, egg white, and topped with champagne. It is finished with a pineapple sugar dust and garnished with a house-made blood orange gelatin. Salud!

Tortitas de Elote

Sample some of Gabbi’s classic sauces with their featured appetizer. Prepared with mini jalapeno corn cakes and served with three different sauces. From left to right: Chipotle sauce with huitlacoche, chicharron dust, mole coloradito sauce with duck confit, and creamy poblano sauce with huitlacoche.

Esencia de Citricos

This featured entree is prepared with cast iron seared striped bass, roasted asparagus, yellow zucchini, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower, red onion, smokey chile arbol, grilled Meyers lemon, and a zesty Meyers lemon crema. Delicioso!

Torre de Amor

This decadent dessert features layers of chocolate chili and pistachio mousse, vanilla tuile cookie, fresh raspberry sauce, candied pistachio spikes, and a gold dusted raspberry and chocolate crunch. Enjoy!!
