Kathy Joseph founded Fiddlehead Cellars in 1989. At this special three-course dinner prepared by Chef Matthew Sramek and his team, the highly acclaimed Lompoc vineyard’s varietals, will be paired with the menu. Fiddlehead’s National Sales Manager Rob Fry will interact with guests at the event. The first course will be Seared Diver Scallop with cauliflower veloute and Tuscan kale paired with 2010 Happy Canyon Sauvignon Blanc; next will come Crispy Skin Duck Breast with cherry-red rice risotto and 2009 “728-Fiddlestix” Pinot Noir; and the last course is Explorateur Triple Cream Cheese Fritter with a glass of 2012 “Sweetie” Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc.
Price is $85 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity for three-course dinner with wine pairings.
