On Saturday, March 12, please join FIG & OLIVE Newport Beach at Bloomingdale’s Home in Fashion Island from 2:00PM to 4:00PM for a cooking demonstration, featuring recipes from the restaurant’s first-ever cookbook, “FIG & OLIVE: The Cuisine of the French Riviera.” At the end of the presentation, the chef will treat guests to bite-sized tastings, which will embody the full flavors of whole fruits and vegetables, accentuated by FIG & OLIVE’s truest passion – complementary (or contrasting) notes of rich, peppery, and floral olive oils.
