WHAT: Chef Jason Paluska teams with David Walker, Owner of Firestone Walker
Brewing Company, in presenting the first in an ongoing series of “Local Treasures.” Each of the dinners will feature one of the many craftsmen of food and drink in the Santa Barbara area. Paluska’s four course dinner of seasonal and locally sourced products expertly will be paired with a rare and limited release of Firestone Walker wild ales, craft pilsners and barrel aged beers. By introducing neighboring farmers, fishermen, ranchers, distillers, winemakers, and other producers to guests, diners will have the opportunity to discover the region’s “Local Treasures” and learn more about the many food and beverage artisans to be discovered in this series of community gatherings. Pricing for the dinner is $85 excluding taxes and gratuity (limited seating available).
