Sip and Savor your way through this serendipitous event as Campus JAX partners with Gray Whale Gin to create a truly authentic celebration of California cuisine.

Campus JAX Head Chef Jen V. has crafted an inspired 4-course menu, and each dish has been collaboratively paired with a different Gray Whale Gin cocktail concoction.

Gray Whale Gin was created by Food Network star Marsh Mokhtari and creative director/filmmaker Jan Mokhtari using sustainably grown, native California botanicals and ingredients to create a smooth and flavorful sip.

Early-Bird Tickets: $45 per person
*must purchase before March 13th

Regular Price: $60 per person

All tickets include entry to the event, special event 4-course dinner, and 4 special event cocktails. Additional beverages and gratuity will be charged separately.

**Gray Whale Entry Cocktail: Prosecco Gin Cocktail

SOUP
– Juniper-Mint Gazpacho
served with Blackberry and Orange Zest Garnish

SALAD
– Arugula Spinach Pear Fig Salad
almonds, feta, slivered shallots and a zesty lemon basil vinaigrette
**Gray Whale Pairing: Pink Floyd Martini

MAIN ENTRÉE (choice of one)
– Navajo Taco
seared citrus pork black beans, Spanish style bruschetta, whole grain honey mustard coleslaw, and cilantro lime cream on an almond Indian fry bread

– Grilled Cauliflower Steak
topped off with a lemon herb demi glaze on a bed of fire roasted corn-spinach succotash, and cauliflower purée served with fresh cucumber (veg)

– Orange Crusted Salmon
served on a bed of lemon dill rice, fresh spinach, and a vibrant avgelomono sauce
