Food, Friends, & Lakefront Fireworks

What better place to celebrate our country’s independence than on a lake with a front row seat to the fireworks?  The critically-acclaimed Rancho Santa Margarita-based restaurant The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar will be hosting its annual 4th of July celebration! The bar opens at noon for those who want to begin celebrating right away with food options from their sister restaurant, The Trough. The full dinner menu, featuring dishes like their wild boar meatballs, braised short rib tacos, and lobster roll, will begin at 4 p.m., in addition to  some Independence Day specials.
