Valentine’s Day Prix-Fixe Dinner

Celebrate your love of food at the most romantic restaurant in Orange County. Located inside the landmark Bowers Museum, Tangata offers a quintessential Southern California setting with Pacific Rim-inspired cuisine by Executive Chef Stefano Ciociola. Enjoy a three- or four-course dinner for $65 per person or $75 per person respectively. Luxurious dishes include scallop crudo with pickled Fresno chili and cara cara orange vinaigrette, branzino a la plancha with baby artichokes, fennel, picholine olives and salmoriglio sauce, and a s’mores kiss with milk chocolate Chantilly and mallow fluff. Bowers Museum members receive a complimentary glass of Patina Cuvee (with proof of membership). Guests also receive complimentary admission to Bowers Museum on a future visit!
