Oak Grill’s Chef Brittany Valles and her culinary team are hosting a prix-fixe four course dinner accompanied by critically acclaimed wines from St. Helena-based Rombauer Vineyards. A representative from Rombauer will attend to interact with guests. The evening will begin with a cocktail hour where guest can try Uni Toast and Caprese Skeweres.
First course: Spring Vegetable Salad served with Rombauer’s Chardonnay
Second course: Chia Seed-Crusted Sea Bass paired with Rombauer’s Merlot.
Third course: Coffee BBQ Beef Cheeks with Diamond Cabernet.
The Dessert: Citrus-Spiced Crème Catalana complemented by Rombauer Zinfandel.
