In celebration of its 30th year as one of Orange County’s finest restaurants, Clay Oven will be presenting a series of special guest chef dinners. The first will be a four hands dinner with Mauro Colagreco, chef/patron of the two Michelin-starred Mirazur restaurant in Menton, France who will be joining Chef Geeta Bansal at Clay Oven (15435 Jeffrey Road, Ste 116, Irvine) on Thursday, October 8th, 2015.
They will be presenting a six-course diner with optional wine pairings and a few surprises from both chefs.
Seating for this exclusive event will be limited and tickets are $160 per person. Reservations can be made beginning August 21st by calling (949)-552-2851.
Chef Colagreco’s Mirazur restaurant, part of the esteemed Relais & Chateaux network, is ranked #11 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Colagreco is a well-known figure in the international culinary community and has a fanbase of gourmands and foodies across the globe. ChefColagreco and Chef Bansal, who both share a passion for sustainable quality ingredients and maintain their own seasonal gardens to supply their restaurants, Will make use of these fresh ingredients to prepare an unforgettable dinner.
