LONG BEACH, Calif., (June 20, 2017) – Fuego at Hotel Maya celebrates four days for the Fourth of July beginning with live music on the patio during dinner on Friday, June 30; live music poolside on Saturday and Sunday, July 1-2; live music at Fuego specialty brunch on Sunday, July 2; and live music, barbecue favorites and a spectacular fireworks show from the nearby Queen Mary on Tuesday, July 4 from 6-9 p.m.
Fuego, the modern, Latin infused indoor-outdoor restaurant and lounge, offers a unique seaside setting featuring 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract with seating inside and on the patio area. Fuego’s stunning open-air views include the Pacific Ocean, Long Beach skyline and Queen Mary.

Fuego’s Independence Day Salads and Displays include the Chef’s Selection of Green Salads and assorted dressings; German Potato Salad with red wine vinaigrette, bacon, parsley and pickles; Lobster Macaroni Salad with lobster claws, spring peas and vegetables; Arugula Watermelon Salad with feta cheese and walnut vinaigrette; Cole Slaw; Grilled Vegetables; Butcher Block with domestic and imported cheeses; Fresh Fruit & Seasonal Berries; and Heirloom Tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese.
Fuego’s Star Spangled Seafood Station offers Jumbo Gulf Shrimp, Alaskan King Crab Legs and Ceviches featuring citrus bay scallops and calamari; hojas de sea bass; and Mexican shrimp cocktail.
Fuego Fourth of July Barbecue Station features Baby Back Ribs with Kentucky-style barbecue; Barbecue Smoked Sausages with sweet grain mustard, pepper and onions; Pulled Chicken Sliders; and Corn on the Cobb.
Fuego Holiday Specialty Entrées are ordered from the server and include a choice of Fuego Spiced Grilled Tri Tip; Fish Kabobs with herbed lemon butter sauce; or Southern Fried Chicken; along with honey baked beans and roasted steak potatoes.
Fuego celebrates the holiday with delectable desserts including an assortment of breads and rolls; a selection of holiday miniature desserts; apple and cherry fruit pies; and warm peach cobbler, strawberry short cake and patriotic cup cakes.
Fuego guests will have the liberty to enjoy complimentary coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea, juice and soft drinks.
