Enjoy Independence Day with a view:

Celebrate the 4th of July in style at The Sky Room. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Long Beach City Firework show overlooking the Queen Mary and the Long Beach lagoon harbor. On this night they will be showcasing live entertainment from The Richard Sherman Trio Featuring Grammy winning Artist Bili Redd; a mix of Jazz, R&B, and eclectic songs.  Juan Carlos Olvera has created a spectacular three course dinner served exclusively in the Deja View Room, to accompany the firework show. We will showcase our regular A La Carte Menu in the main dining room where the dance floor and live entertainment is.

1st Seating:  6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Price: $59.00 per person, excludes tax and gratuity

Includes: 3 Course Chef’s Menu served in the Deja View Room

*Dinner ends at 8:00pm for 2nd seating

2nd Seating: 8:30 p.m. (firework seating)

Corn & Ginger Soup: lump crab, fuji apples, micro-greens

Beet Root Salad:lemon ricotta, arugula, frisee, pistachio, herb lemon vinaigrette

Miso Duck Breast: spaghetti squash, cherry agrodolce

Main Course

Wild Diver Scallops:celery root puree, bacon, chanterelle mushrooms, herbs & mushroom sauce

Mary’s Chicken :quinoa, figs, celery, apples, arugula, jicama, Meyer lemon

Bison Short Ribs:gnocchi, tomato confit, stilton, au jus
