That’s right! Just when you think The Broadway can’t surprise you with more amazing wine spotlight dinners, they’re bringing you some of the rarest vintages yet from Gaja Wines!
Gaja’s vineyards produce Barbaresco, Barolo, Brunello and Super Tuscans like no one else can. Owner Angelo Gaja is globally credited for developing techniques that have revolutionized winemaking in Italy, and he’s been nicknamed “the undisputed king of Barbaresco” by more than just his own countrymen. Gaja’s Barbaresco wine is definitely considered a status symbol on par with Chateau Lafite-Rothschild or Krug, and it’s just ONE of the gorgeous Gaja wines you’ll be enjoying on Wednesday, Sept. 17th.
As you can imagine, Chef Amar has already created a menu that celebrates the five Gaja wines we’ll be drinking. (The Grilled Prime Rib Eye with Porcini and Truffle Potato Puree is just one item being paired with Gaja’s famed Darmagi ‘¦which we’ll be serving from a five-liter bottle!)
The happy decadence just doesn’t get any better than this. As you know, ALL tickets must be purchased in advance as the Gaja Wine Dinner is expected to fill very quickly.
