Home of the Original American Taco, Jimboy’s Tacos is celebrating National Cheese Day by offering $3 quesadillas. Their signature quesadillas take cheesy to the next level by dusting a generous amount of parmesan cheese on the OUTSIDE of the tortilla, on top of using a 3 cheese-blend in between the tortilla.
Jimboy’s Tacos is known for being pioneers of ‘the original American taco’ and have grown from one small truck in Lake Tahoe to a fast casual empire amassing 40 locations across California and Nevada. They have one location in OC (1650 South Harbor Drive, Anaheim), with more opening this summer in Huntington Beach, Brea, and Irvine.
