Hosted by Gail Simmons of Food & Wine and Bravo’s Emmy-nominated “Top Chef,” and Joachim Splichal, founding chef of Patina Restaurant Group and caterer to the Emmy’s Governor’s Ball, this night of inspired food and wine kicks off a weekend of Emmy-related revelry and will benefit the Angelman Syndrome Foundation’s Dr. Joseph E.
