This Valentine’s Day, embark on a culinary journey that will enchant all the senses. For those looking to present their Valentine with an unforgettable dining experience, award-winning Chef Ross Pangilnan is offering two prix-fixe Valentine’s Day menus.
Guests can choose from either the four-course ($65 per guest) or five-course menus ($85 per guest). The prix-fixe menus will include signature items from Mix Mix Kitchen Bar including Filipino Ceviche, House-made ‘Chitarra’ Pasta, and Foie Gras Torchon. Guests can also choose to complement their dinner with wine pairings.
In addition to its special Valentine’s Day menus, the Mix Mix Bar has designed a variety of cocktails for both sweethearts and singles; including Love Potion #9. Inspired by the excitement and chemistry of a new relationship, Love Potion #9 is a cocktail designed for two. It is a bubbling concoction of Barrel Hitch Oak Whiskey, chamomile cordial, amontillado sherry, angostura bitters, orange bitters and lemon oil.
