‘What makes our Beer Dinners so popular is they’re priced very well,’ said Katie Pavkov, general manager for Del Frisco’s Grille at Irvine Spectrum. ‘We want our guests to learn as much about food and beer pairing during the evening, but keep it affordable. It’s a fun, communal evening for both the beer novice and enthusiast.’
