Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop Costa Mesa’s new gardening classes for children, starting this Saturday, June 16th.
The classes will be taught by Harvest to Home owner Mike Saraylian, focusing on teaching children the benefit of growing and eating organic foods.
Starting Saturday, June 16th and continuing throughout the summer, the classes will start at 10 a.m., and will last for approximately one hour.
Participants aged 7-13 may pay their fee of $20 in cash or check at the time of the class or call into the Harvest to Home office at 949-873-5400 a day or two ahead to pay by credit card.
Parents are welcome to join in on the tour for free.
The classes are also suitable for Girl Scout and Cub Scout badge work.
