Grgich Hills Estate will host a special Winemaker’s Dinner onTuesday, Oct. 7at Salt Creek Grille.The dinner is at6:30 p.m.at the popular Dana Point restaurant located at 32802 Pacific Coast Highway.

Guests will savor a delectable four-course pairing menu created by Salt Creek Grille’s Executive Chef Scott Green that complements Grgich Hills Estate, a winery nestled in Rutherford, California in the heart of the Napa Valley.

The menu begins with the Heirloom Tomato and Burrata Salad paired with Grgich Hills Fume Blanc; followed by the Skuna Bay Salmon with citrus glaze, avocado mousse, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes and baby spinach accompanied by the winery’s chardonnay. The main course consists of Coffee-encrusted Filet of Beef with potato puree, baby arugula, patty pan squash, Pt. Reyes blue cheese and bourbon caramel complemented by Grgich Hills Zinfindel. Guests will enjoy a sweet ending of Butterscotch Custard with salted caramel, shaved dark chocolate and Grgich Hills Cabernet Sauvignon.
